Conference goal:

 

 

The aim of the conference is a meeting and dialogue of various communities dealing with foster care - researchers, educators, practitioners. This meeting is an opportunity to learn and diagnose problems emerging in the area of family foster care.

During this year's two-day meeting, we plan to discuss, among others, issues related to the legal conditions for the organization and functioning of the foster care system, forms of support for foster parents and protection of the well-being of the child under their care. The first day of the conference will be devoted to scientific reflection on foster care. The second day will have a practical dimension, it will be filled with workshops and discussion panels, which will discuss issues related to providing assistance to foster families, discussing the advantages and disadvantages of the current support system and the directions of its development.
